of Real-Time Low Dose Rate Brachytherapy Implants
The real-time, or intra-operative, planning technique allows physicians to create a treatment customized to the patient at the time of the implant. BrachySciences offers a full range of product options to accommodate any real-time procedure, including the Mick® Applicator technique, the use of strands or loose seeds, or a hybrid technique.
All kits are delivered sterile and include an Independent Third Party Assay with direct traceability to an AAPM
Accredited Dosimetry Calibration Laboratory (ADCL). Real-Time Kits also include either SeedLock3™ or Applicator Technique needles in separate, sterile pouches. Kits containing custom strands include a radiograph for verification of strand loading patterns.
